The Goldtouch FlexMouse features a size-adaptable design that uses interchangeable adapters to create a comfortable and supportive position for hands of all sizes. The interchangeable "backs" mount to the rear of the mouse and are secured in place magnetically. They can be exchanged in seconds to accommodate either different types of work or multiple individuals with varying hand sizes. Large waterfall buttons let the fingers naturally curve over the front of the mouse where they are able to rest and relax between clicks. To click a minimal curl of the fingers and average force will activate the buttons. Clicking the scroll wheel (middle click) does require above average force but this is not uncommon as it serves to ensure that accidental clicks do not occur while scrolling. A DPI adjustment button sits just behind the scroll wheel and provides multiple settings that vary from 800-2000 (depending on model).

The FlexMouse supports the hand at an angle of 24°, reducing pronation. This position rotates the forearm outward, lowering the strain and stress on the muscles and joints of the arm, wrist and hand below that of the traditional "palm down" position. The Kensington Vertical Wireless Mouse angles the hand outwards towards a semi-vertical position in an effort to reduce pronation. A short flange keeps the side of the hand clear of the surface but still permits most of the little finger to make contact during movement. This wireless mouse is contoured specifically for right-handed use and operates plug-and-play. However, optional drivers are available for both Windows and Mac OS should one desire to customize the button functions. A convenient DPI switch accommodates quick access to five DPI settings (800, 1200, 1600, 2000, & 2400) to accommodate different work requirements. The wireless receiver has a 10 metre range and can be stored in the underside of the mouse to ensure it isn't misplaced. The traditional scroll wheel is clickable.

The size of this mouse means it is best suited for smaller or average sized hands. The body is narrower than most vertical mouse designs, which can lead to a tendency to want to "grip" the mouse which has the potential to lead to exerting unnecessary static grip force.
Note: While being identified by the manufacturer as a "vertical" mouse this angle is substantially less than most other "vertical" mousing products, the majority of which orient the hand well above 60° and therefore much closer to a truly vertical presentation.

The RBT Rebel Real Mouse from Quadraclicks Gaming introduces a new concept in computer mouse design. The unique "reverse activation" design is intended to reduce or eliminate Trigger Finger, one of the common RSI injuries encountered by those who engage in heavy mouse clicking.

Unlike traditional mice where the optimized click force occurs at the fingertips, the RBT Rebel Real Mouse uses a "reverse" design on the buttons. This means that the fronts of the buttons where the clicks would normally be generated are actually "fixed". This permits the fingers to rest upon the end of the mouse and use this as another point of control for moving and targeting the mouse. Conventional mice do not offer this ability as the end of the mouse is dynamic and where the mouse button clicks are generated. Moving the click to the back of the buttons eliminates the "hovering" or "cocked finger" posture that is common with the usage of traditional "front click" mice. Eliminating this action can significantly decrease or eliminate the risk of developing Trigger Finger in the index finger, a common disabling and potentially painful condition where the finger wants to "lock" in place.

The "reverse activation" concept moves the activation back towards the palm of hand, with the triggering action being generated by the first finger section above the palm - the metacarpals. Because the activation occurs much earlier in the finger significantly less force and movement is required, which reduces the load on the finer structures further along towards the fingertips.

Because the RBT accommodates the "resting" of the fingers at the front of the buttons and eliminates the hovering action there is also potential for it to decrease the degree of Wrist Extension that is experienced with most "traditional" mice. In addition, because the fingertips are not "tapping" the buttons there is less reason for the nerves to become overly sensitized as can happen with other mice.

The RBT Rebel Mouse features a rubberized scroll wheel with crisp detents,6 DPI settings (ranging from 500 - 10,800), and Back/Forward buttons above the thumb rest. It is sized to best suit small to average sized hands although those with larger hands may still be able to benefit from some of the features.
