The Goal 156GW Series FlexoBalance Chair from Interstuhl is a versatile choice for large corporate offices as well as small business and home offices. The Goal 156GW is a premium upholstered chair that features a synchronous movement of the seat back and the seat pan. The synchronous movement feature permits a user to lean back and achieve an open angle up to 120° at the hips, with the seat pan angling proportionately downwards at the rear as the backrest leans further back. The unique FlexoBalance seat pan is designed to encourage users to actively engage in movement throughout the day. It can be left in the unlocked position that permits it to tilt up to 11° in any direction or may be locked to effectively eliminate the seat pan movement.

Movement tension in the back rest can be customized to meet the counter resistance requirements of multiple users. The backrest on the Goal 156GW also permits the lumbar support height to be adjusted to any of 7 settings ranging from 6" to 9" above the seat pan.

The seat back and pan are upholstered in high quality fabric over supportive layers of breathable foam and cotton padding that provide optimal air flow, comfort and support. The seat fabric is high grade composite fabric (90% wool, 10% nylon) rated at 415 g/rm, and is available in Anthracite Grey.

To allow users of all builds to meet their individual needs for arm support, the "4-D" armrests are adjustable for height, width (from the inner edge of the left armrest to the inner edge of the right armrest), depth (forward and backward) and pivot (20° to the left and right).

The durable aluminum base is powder-coated in brilliant silver and equipped with soft-surface double casters.

The Salli SwingFit is the only freely moving adjustable split saddle seat chair offered on the market today. It combines the concepts of upright stance and movement and provides many of the benefits currently being attributed to Standing Workstations without the need to stand throughout the day.

Note: If the concept of movement and upright stance have appeal but the cost of the Swingfit is prohibitive there is the option of considering the Swing or its economical cousin, the Salli Sway. The unique rocking mechanism enables the seat to freely and continuously tilt or 'rock' on the left-right and front-back axis (and all angles in combination) in response to the movements of the user without any adjustments to the chair. This stimulates muscles in the abdominal and pelvic area, realizing benefits for the user similar to those which can be obtained through use of an exercise ball. It also adds to the mobility and metabolism of the lower back while still getting appropriate support from the split saddle seat design and maintaining the natural curvature of the spine.

In addition to the Swing mechanism the SwingFit offers the user the option of adjusting the width and angle of splay between the two halves of the saddle seat. This enables each person to customize chair to their specific body requirements. Although not necessary for many users it does offer extra customization that other models with the Swing mechanism do not.

Height adjustment of the gas spring lift is accomplished through a standard hand-controlled height adjustment lever. Available lift sizes and the corresponding user heights they accommodate are as follows: Short (4'0" to 5'2"), Mid (5'1" to 6'1") and Tall (5'8" to 6'5"). The SwingSeat can be purchased upholstered in either genuine leather or polyurethane faux leather, each available in a range of colours.The 5-point star base and lift are in an attractive chrome finish. The lightweight, compact and mobile Mogo Stool is an easily portable, lean-to stool which can provide relief from extended standing in a variety of environments both indoors and outdoors. The Mogo Stool has three telescoping sections that provide a range in height from 18.5" to 38" in 1" increments to accommodate both children and adults (up to 6'2" tall and under 250 lbs). The Mogo weighs only 2.6 lbs and can be collapsed to only 18.5" long. Its 14.5" x 8" seat pan is made of fibreglass-reinforced nylon and can be detached and snapped onto the leg for transport. The support frame is composed of extruded annodized aluminum and rubber, and features a reversible base that allows the seat to be used on turf or hard surfaces. (Caution: Do not use the Mogo Stool on wet or oily surfaces.)

The Pivot Seat from Focal Upright Furniture builds on the proven designs of the Mobis and Mogo seats by incorporating features from both of these models.The rounded pivot base ensures that the user is actively engaged with the Pivot throughout the day. The Pivot Seat offers a much greater degree of movement than the Mobis as users can also freely rotate up to 360º, leaning or pivoting as desired. As with the Mogo there is no fixed base to force the user to remain facing a specific direction - rotating or pivoting to another direction can be done at will. The rubber "Octogrip Overmold" on the base ensures that a user is secure in whatever posture they adopt. However, unlike the Mogo which cannot stand on its own, the Pivot Seat features a weighted base which automatically returns the seat to an upright position - ready for the next use.
