The Clean-Doc Document Holder from Bakker Elkhuizen is a convenient ergonomic inline document holder solution that can mount to any standard VESA 100 compliant LCD monitor arm. The Clean-Doc addresses the ergonomic concerns associated with repetitive neck rotation and flexion when using reference documents. This is accomplished by positioning these documents centrally, directly below the monitor. When not being used for document viewing the Clean-Doc can also be elevated from the desk and stored horizontally, creating more desk space. The clear acrylic easel has a convenient pen holder and can also be used to store both keyboard and mouse when not in use, ideal for offices with a "clean desk" policy.

When in use the Clean-Doc must rest on the desk surface, leaning back against the support bracket. The S-Board 840 Design Numeric keypad from Bakker Elkhuizen is a convenient dual-purpose 26-key numeric keypad that is also capable of serving as a fully functional calculator with memory functions. When in calculator mode the integrated 11-digit LCD screen displays calculation results and the current display can be immediately directed to the computer's current active cursor point using the "SEND" function key, eliminating any Copy/Paste requirements. Switching between keypad and calculator function is accomplished with a single keystroke on the keypad for seamless transitioning between data entry and calculation. The FlexDesk 630N from Bakker Elkhuizen is a combination inline document holder and writing surface that positions between the keyboard and monitor, providing a large surface on which to store documents for easy access and notation. In order to ensure that overreaching does not occur when making notes, the easel surface can be drawn forward over the keyboard by a full 7.5". The central location, with the easel also providing support for the hand and arm when writing, can significantly reduce the risk of shoulder strain. When keyboard access is again required, the easel is easily slid back for storage where it remains ready for use, held in place by a magnetic lock. The easel edges are softly rounded and a foam pad doubles as a document ledge and a comfortable resting place for the wrist and arm while writing.

The FlexDesk 630N is capable of supporting anything from single pages to books or binders and with a surface space 20" wide and 11.5" deep will easily accommodate the majority of document sizes. Even legal-sized documents work as the extra 2.5" will be supported by the base when the easel is drawn down for writing. Ball bearing glides ensure that easel movement is smooth and virtually effortless and grip pads keep the FlexDesk 630N firmly in place as adjustments are made. The base also incorporates a convenient molded storage compartment below the easel for storage of writing utensils or other desk essentials. Adjustable legs provide three options of height adjustment with the angle increasing as height is increased (see Specifications). Note: A new accessory, the ComfortRead Magnetic Line Guide Magnifier, is now available for purchase. This secures magnetically to the steel glide rails on the sliding easel and offers maximum 2.3X magnification. It also includes metal strips that can be adhered to the underside of surfaces that do not have the metal tracks that the FlexDesk 630N is equipped with (must be about 15.5" apart).

The Q-Doc Document Holders from Bakker Elkhuizen are elegant, "inline" document holders capable of supporting all kinds of documents, including heavy files and binders. Using the Q-Doc improves body posture and comfort level by centrally positioning documents between the monitor and keyboard, eliminating neck twisting when viewing reference documents. The work surface is fixed in that it cannot be drawn down over the keyboard as can other more versatile holders such as the FlexDesk 640. However, the Q-Doc holders still offer seven possible angle and height settings to align documents for optimal viewing in relation to screen height. The Q-Doc holders can be slid forward over the keyboard when writing or notating needs to be done, eliminating the need to reach forward. Doing this provides support for the hand and arm when writing and can significantly reduce the risk of shoulder strain.

There are two models of the Q-Doc. Model 415 is designed for use with compact keyboards and is 15.35" wide, 10.8" deep and 4.5" high. The larger model 515 will work with both compact and full-size keyboards and is 20.3" wide, 11.4" deep, and 4.7" high. With both models, as the document holder surface is adjusted to steeper angles the rear elevation does increase beyond the minimum shown. The Foot Actuated Height-Adjustable Footrest from BakkerElkhuizen is designed to meet the ergonomic needs of a wide range of individuals. Built to provide many years of reliable adjustment, the heavy metal base is topped by a large 16.5" by 12.5" foot platform which easily provides sufficient space for both feet.

This sturdy, easily adjustable footrest features an extensive height range (3.25" to 12") which can meet height requirements in most applications. The non-locking tilt platform effortlessly shifts to any angle between 0° and 45°, permitting free flexing of the ankles and lower extremities regularly throughout the workday. Textured tread lines run across the width of the platform to keep feet securely in place. Height adjustment is spring-assisted, requiring one foot to press the floor-level release bar while the second foot provides the resistance necessary to position the foot platform at any of the 12 available height settings.
