Sejin Trackball Combo Keyboards and Black Left Handed Keyboards Now Available!

ErgoCanada.com is excited to announce that we are now the Canadian distributors for Sejin keyboards. Sejin produces a wide range of electronic products, including several uniquely designed keyboards. We are featuring some of their most innovative designs. First is the Compact SpaceTrack Combo Keyboard which features a compact design (15.35" wide) and a trackball under the space bar - all in an infra-red wireless package. An added bonus with this keyboard is a supplementary mouse (which can be used in conjunction with the keyboard and plugs directly into it).

The second keyboard fills a demand we have had for some time - a left handed keyboard which is available in both beige or BLACK! We will get a picture of the black version of the keyboard available shortly, but in the meantime we have a beige picture available at left. The keyboard has a 101 key layout (i.e. no windows keys) and uses non-tactile mechanical keyswitches (i.e. you don't feel a click when you press the keys). The numeric keypad is non-mirrored (as you can see from the picture) and the keyboard is standard size (18").

Kensington Offers Up a New Take on the Compact Keyboard - ComfortType

Kensington is now supplying a new 'Comfort Type' key layout which slants the keys on the keyboard without actually 'splaying' the keyboard in the manner of most fixed split keyboards. The Comfort Type Slim Keyboard employs a unique, 'Comfort Type' key structure that encourages a relaxed wrist position while maintaining the standard key locations. The result-increased comfort with minimal learning time.

Datalux Space Saving Compact Keyboards

Datalux offers a full line of Space Saver compact keyboards with compressed row (not column) spacing, narrow borders and rearranged key clusters. This provides a keyboard with a 40 percent smaller footprint with 100 dedicated keys (no embedded numeric keypads or keys requiring a toggle or 'function' to access). A Compact Combo version of the Space Saver keyboards is also available which includes a Cirque Easy Cat in the keyboard.

All the keyboards are available in both charcoal or white (standard beige color), flat models (Tray - 273 mm x 165 mm x 22 mm) or gradually elevated at the back (Desktop - 275 mm x 155 mm x 69 mm), and with or without touchpad - so there are no disappointments due to that model not being available with a different option. Another interesting feature is that the Enter key on the Desktop models is double height, making it easier to access.

Cirque SmoothCat Keyboard and Cirque Wave II keyboard Available - but only for a Limited Time

ErgoCanada.com is excited to announce that we have sourced out a limited number of Cirque SmoothCat keyboards and Cirque Wave II keyboards. These are the original keyboards manufactured by Cirque and much sought after by many devoted users. Once these keyboards are sold, there will not be any further units available, and we have less than 20 units remaining.

This keyboard has a Cirque Easy Cat Touchpad embedded in the sculpted wrist rest (which with driver will support vertical scrolling) which is located under the cursor control keys. The only other keyboard ever manufactured using the fixed split layout with a touchpad is the Adesso product - and that product has the touchpad located under the space bars. For those who prefer the touchpad in the original location, this is their last chance to buy this product.

NEW: We have also obtained a limited number of UK layout keyboards. These keyboards are identical in terms of functionality and usage - the only distinction is that the keycaps are slightly different (a pound symbol instead of a dollar symbol, etc.). If you are interested in one of these, we are selling them at a discount of $10 i.e. for $140 instead of the regular price of $150.
