THE UPGRADE PROCESS

Resident:
Step 1: Register for this promotion by email at sales@ergocanada.com and advise us you would like to take advantage of the promotion (Note: It doesn't matter if you bought your unit from us or elsewhere - if you are now resident in Canada, you qualify for this promotion. Include in this email the serial number and model of your unit, where you bought it from, and which model you would like to upgrade to (smartNAV STD, smartNAV EG or smartNAV AT).
IMPORTANT: We must receive your request to participate in this promotion no later than October 15th. If you email us and do not receive a reply within 48 hours, feel free to call us at 1 (866) 335-3746 (ERGO) to register.
Step 2: We will provide you with instructions on returning your unit to us, which must be done no later than October 31st, 2004. If you bought your original unit from us, you shouldn't have to provide your receipt (as we will have it on file). If it was purchased elsewhere, we will need a photocopy of your receipt / invoice from your original purchase.
Step 3: We will return your device to NaturalPoint on your behalf to qualify for the promotion.
Step 4: As soon as we receive your old unit, we will offer you the discount off a new smartNAV3.
Note: If you would rather keep your current unit until the new one arrives, you can also purchase a smartNAV3 for the regular price, send in your old unit once you receive the new one, and we will send you a cheque for your discount.
