We are seeking a professional, courteous candidate to join our team and work with clients from across Canada, initially as a customer service specialist. Responsibilities:
Your initial responsibilities during a training period include learning
about our products and corresponding with both customers and prospects via
phone and email, as well as learning to process orders. As time permits,
you will follow up on new directions generated by company activities, provide
support for marketing projects and participate in trade shows.
Market-specific qualifications:
You will have a general understanding of computers and common Windows-based
software applications. The successful candidate is expected to become
familiar with and test many of the products handled by ErgoCanada during
the first few months on the job in order to provide effective customer
service, support and sales. Some experience or knowledge in the computer
hardware or occupational therapy / ergonomics industry would be an asset.
Ability to speak in French is also an asset.
Salary is commensurate with experience and education. Benefits are based
on Saskatchewan Labour Standards, with the option of a subsidized health
plan. Paid vacation of three weeks per year is incorporated as part of

service, support and sales. The ideal candidate will possess some experience
in the computer hardware or occupational therapy industry, or training
in a related area (Kinesiology, Ergonomics, Physiotherapy, etc.). Ability
to speak in French is also an asset.
